Had perfectly pleasant experience, overall high quality and quiet place.
Location: the hotel was really close to Modena and Verona, and the main bus station. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Il Mandorlo in Fiore that was only 15 minutes' walk away. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was local.

Tesla charging station directly behind the house... Large rooms . Good restaurant for dinner
Unfortunately, the building is noisy. Delivery was started very early and our room was aligned to this.

We didn't think that breakfast had to be paid extra! Also not ok that the overnight stay price was booked 6 months in advance! A price of 149,- €, without breakfast, is too high!

The bar on-site is fantastic, the room is huge and tidy with a big bathroom and leather sofa, and the staff here are accommodating and really good throughout our stay.

For a short stay it is very good, you can also park with trucks there in the business park. Very good breakfast, room clean and beds very good.

We had a comfortable stay with attentive staff who allowed us to bring our pets. The room was clean and well-presented, and the breakfast had a good variety. Also, the hotel had ample parking and was located conveniently close to the autostrada.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
